Real Hair Co. is a trading name of Alchemy Creative Collective. Real Hair Co. offers non surgical hair replacement products and is based in Glasgow, Scotland. We operate from our salon in Glasgow and online from this website.

What information we collect
We collect personal information from you when you contact us through the form on our ‘Contact Us’ page or make an appointment with us by phone, email or other means. This information will comprise: your name, address, telephone number and email address. We need this information to reply to your enquiry and/or make your appointment and to send you information pertaining to it.
If you choose to join The Real Deal (our monthly payment plan) we will also collect your debit/credit card or bank account details and the registered postal address associated with these. We need this information to charge you on a monthly basis for your chosen plan.
Will my personal information be sold or given to third parties
We do not sell any information you provide to us to anybody else.
Your personal information will be shared with nDevor Systems Ltd T/A Phorest if you make an appointment with us. They act as a data processor on our behalf as they provide our appointment system. They have access to the personal information of our clients only in cases that we need support or troubleshooting is required. Your personal information is stored securely and you can view their privacy and cookie policies at www.phorest.com/privacy.
We will not share your personal information with anyone else, except in strictly limited circumstances such as when required to do so by law.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you. We will provide a copy of the data we hold about you free of charge upon request.
You have the right to ensure that the information we hold is accurate, complete and up to date. You may ask us to correct any personal information about you that we hold that you believe is inaccurate. Where your data is inaccurate we will update it in a timely manner.
You have the right to ask us to delete personal information we hold about you. When you ask for your data to be deleted we will do so in a timely manner.
